Shipping & Returns
Please expect pre-shipping to take 2-5 business days for products in stock and 3-8 for made to order and custom purchases.

We generally do not except returns or exchanges of jewelry do to hygienic reasons. Our earrings are handmade so please be sure of your decision before purchasing, this helps everyone!
Message us for sizing details and any other questions you may have, I will gladly answer & help.
If you need to cancel your order submit a cancellation request or reach out to me within 1 hour. For adjustments or shipping detail changes, please reach out to me within 2 days and I will be happy to help!
We will gladly accept a return for damaged earrings upon arrival. If you received the wrong item or there’s a missing item we will also help with this too! If you have a reason not mentioned that does not go against our policy, do not hesitate to contact us because we are happy to try to help! :)
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any return question at email@example.com.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
